Sometimes, when your family is all over the world, you have to change up normal holidays. We celebrated Father's Day a week later, but we actually got to see our Dad on Father's Day. I really love being with my parents and family. The part that is hard, is that all of us are rarely together. Somebody always has somewhere else to be or something else planned. When I lived in Africa, I didn’t want to even have family holidays without my family. They should just be canceled if you can't be with your mom on Mother's Day. Alas, holidays are not canceled according to my whims. I'm thankful for my time with my parents. and I miss my siblings that weren't with us.
