Summarizing

Don't forget, I'm a lover of lists.

1. Lent = Grief.  i think. for me. this year.

2. two 'job interviews'. i don't think either are the right fit for me.

3. I'm applying to jobs!!! and not just wallowing in despair. this is great improvement.

4. tulips and crocus and daffodils are peeking out of the ground. this makes every day BETTER.

5. taxes were not as lucrative as i had hoped this year. i was depressed. and for tmi, crying naked in the bathroom about it. sad.

6. I am reading about 7 educational books right now. None of them very well. So, last night, i started a fun personal one. except it's about marriage and sometimes those books aren't always "fun." we'll see.

7. I am overmaxed on time commitments right now and trying to fit more margin in. I am not always very good at this. the saying no thing. (and the sitting at home-still trying to relearn having free time and healthy ways to use and fill it.)

8. we went to the Aurora History Museum on Saturday for free. well, i guess it's free all the time. and one of their exhibits was about the history of cameras and film. we liked it. yes.

9. Somehow our sheets have a rapidly growing hole in them. on my side. and they were a gift from our wedding!  In my mind, sheets should last 20 years-cause growing up we had some sheets that HAD to be from the 70s. i realize that this is unrealistic, but less than 2 years is too short a life for some nice sheets. i am disappointed. and don't have time for sheet changing or sheet buying. so the hole gets bigger.

10. i did a tiny bit of weeding today and this also made my day better. the sun was out and it felt like sharing all kinds of love to the plants and flowers i do want to hang around.
