2006:
I returned to Guinea-Bissau and knew that it was time to say goodbye.
I decided to not marry Tolentino Benjamin da Costa.
I read A Severe Mercy
Spent a weekend in Utah with an old friend
Loved my family well at an Ohio family reunion
Lived in a Sorority Sister house with two cousins and my sister
Splashed in big rain puddles
Wondered about my future
Made new friends at church
Moved to 5 points
Supported Roller Derby,
Shoveled snow,
Bowled on Christmas,
Left YFC,
Learned to navigate the lightrail system and downtown Denver,
Ran the Bolder Boulder,
Drank triple grande cinnamon white mochas daily
Had a lousy birthday
A disappointing Christmas, and am ready for

2007:
1. Read Healing Is a Choice.
2. Move forward.
3. Travel to Botswana to visit my big sis, Megan.
4. Pay off school loans.
5. Receive and give prayer and support to other women.
6. Donate to Locks of Love again.
7. Finish a whole year of BSF.
8. Give beyond my means.
9. Dream.
10. Swing.
