Advent

I'm particularly enjoying advent this year.

I'm working on incorporating new recipes into my repertoire. this soup was pretty delicious.

Chai eggnog's are a treat these days.

I've been thinking about fears in my life and am not exactly sure how to move beyond them.

Theology class has not killed me, but i also don't have my final grade in yet either.

We are watching the Harry Potter movies and also want to watch the Narnia ones to see the new ones in theatres.

my plants have fungus gnats and we hate it. =(  ergh.

i have one semester of classes left, and at least two of internship left. close. pretty close.

Advent is not Christmas. that's what they said in chapel this past week. hmm. seems obvious, but i appreciated it. slowing down to celebrate and remember and to hold onto light and hope and peace.
